Welcome to Piccola Casa Aruba! A beautiful, private, tranquil escape on One Happy Island. This is our ‘little home’ away from home and we are delighted to share it with you.
Our beautiful new and modern condo is located in one of the newest complexes of the island, Waykiri Condos Aruba in beautiful Noord. The perfect place for 4, it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is a short 1-5 minute drive from world-renowned beaches including Palm Beach, Malmok, Eagle, Boca Catalina and Arashi.
Conveniently located on the ground floor and just steps away from the in-ground pool, this condo can accommodate up to 4 people with a King size bed in the Master Bedroom (with private ensuite and walk out to pool) and Queen size bed in the second bedroom (with walkout to private backyard terrace). There is plenty of storage in both rooms with wall to wall built in dressers and a safe in each room.
In addition to the luxurious surroundings, this open-concept condo includes a living room, dining area with table and 4 chairs and eat-in kitchen with 4 bar stools. It is fully equipped with everything you may need including a coffee maker, ice-maker fridge, dishwasher, toaster, flat-screen Smart TV (in living room and in each bedroom), water heater, air conditioner in every room and beach amenities such as beach chairs, cooler and towels. We provide kitchen and bathroom soap, shampoo and body wash made from Aruba Aloe Vera as well as linens and pillows. Outdoor amenities include a private backyard terrace, pool, jacuzzi (heated by the sun), shared barbecue area with outdoor patio seating, lounge chairs and an outdoor shower.
All of our common grounds are secured by a key code entry which provides our guests with the privacy and full experience of the amenities. Our guests will have access to the entire Waykiri Condo complex including two pools, two jacuzzi's, three bbq areas with seating, two outdoor showers, poolside restrooms, lounge chairs, bistro tables and chairs.
